TITLE: Inside Sales Account Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
This position is primarily sales and secondly account management. You will be required to sell, manage and upsell all accounts. Primary responsibilities include:
 
* Sales experience required (5 months-2 years)
* Some Internet Advertising and/or Search Marketing experience is preferred
* Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word is required
* Experience managing a large client base.
* Comfort in a fast-paced environment is preferred
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • · Provide campaign management for advertisers and/or agencies
  • · Acquire new search listing advertisers for the Findology network
  • · Work to up-sell client base on keywords and higher bid positions
  • · Learn and understand internal systems to respond to client requests
  • · Participate in special projects as assigned
  • · Travel to Industry trade shows
  • · Strategizing and compiling spreadsheets on forecasted numbers

POSITION: V.P. of Business Development
Findology Interactive Media’s rapidly growing Online Advertising / Search Engine Network is looking for an Internet-savvy Business Development executive who will be responsible for establishing new business partnerships and managing new and existing business development initiatives.
Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for establishing new business partnerships with search engines and online media companies, representing Findology’s brand and managing business development initiatives and strategies. He/she will work with cross-functional Customer Service, Sales and Technology teams to achieve Business Development strategic objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
 
Job Qualifications:

* Establish new business partnerships
* Negotiate favorable agreement terms with partners
* Manage existing partner relationships
* Work with technical team to oversee implementations
* Meet new business goals

 

* BA/BS or equivalent preferred
* Minimum 4 years previous work experience with 2 years related to business development
* Online Advertising and/or search engine experience preferred
* Computer and Internet experience a must
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, team environment
* Detail oriented with excellent follow up skills
